You have to pay or sign up to read most of the books dont waste your time and money

I had this app downloaded, thinking there were books I could read, but I couldnt find any at all. Not even a place to download books from. Dont waste your time!

The audiobook section is locked until you pay more!

To say that this app contains books is almost as if likening lego to steel girders... Except that you can make some pretty cool stuff with lego. Essentially, the problem is false advertising. With such classic 2-page pamphlets as the holy bible (abridged ala the ten commandments), and palmistry: the two page guide, it is nearly impossible to imagine that even should this app allow you to download books, which it doesnt, you wouldnt be getting books per se. In fact, the library looks more like a list of tiny plain-text apps, and no person in their right mind would download cheap words such as these instead of Angry Birds. Except perhaps a child whose been beaten by his father but cannot read the classic books his daddy advocates. I recommend that you do not download this, plain and simple. I do also realize that this warning is likely to fall on deaf ears, as the app stores major demographic knows not how to read anything more complex than tis sux!!!11!1. If you want good apps, theres iBooks, and the simply named Books, which has every single book of antiquity and advertises truthfully when it says it has 42,000+ different books. I got this for my wife a while ago, and she really likes it. I dont know why anyone else is having trouble with this app, but we sure like it.

I paid for this ap and cant access a single book and there doesnt seem to be a support website either. Really, dont waste your time or money!

I too downloaded this app and was unable to find a single book let alone what the advertisement said .... I am so disappointed by the false advertisement that supposedly offered so much and I received nothing .... Just BS ... I even paid the. $1.99 to unlock and got zero ..... So angry! Do not waste your time or money .... Pure crap!

Wast of time

I click on the icon that states 40,000 books and there is nothing there. Just deleted the app

I dont know if I can even get any books from it

THERE ARE NO BOOKS when you click on the "40,000 free books" tab it shows up empty. Waste of space

poor being compared other apps

Bait and switch. The few "books" available for free stink. The 40,000 books and 4700 audiobooks must be bought. They are not free. Why lie? Makes me not want to pay for access as they cannot be trusted.

All it wants to do is upsell And it locked up on a Facebook login page - guess it wont let you read without your Facebook info

These are NOT free!!!! The few that are free arent worth having. It would be nice if people would just tell the truth. Once you get into it you have to pay $1.99 to get into things you actually want. That was just one book I tried to open. You may have to pay for all of them. I didnt try, its getting deleted right now. The only reason Im giving it one star is because I to or I cant submit this review.

Dont waste your time u wouldnt have this on my iPod for my life. It is a big rip off.

Like everyone else says, its junk. Buy the coffee or sandwich instead.

It isnt free. You have to pay $1.99 to get a "free" book - and then requires you to unlock or restore the library each time you want to read it - or so it seems. (actually I cant find the one I "unlocked").
